先知生物科技創辦人暨科學長呂衍達醫師，受邀於今年台杉投資年度生技論壇發表演講，向國內外重量級投資人及產業夥伴分享先知生物科技最新臨床進展與未來發展藍圖。
核心候選藥物 ASD141 為全球首創先天免疫檢查點抑制劑（innate immune checkpoint inhibitor），目前已進入晚期實體瘤第一期臨床試驗。截至目前為止，已完成測試的劑量組皆未出現劑量限制毒性（DLT），展現良好的安全性表現；同時，也已在低劑量階段於多位患者中觀察到疾病穩定（Stable Disease）的初步療效訊號，顯示 ASD141 在轉移性大腸直腸癌、卵巢癌及肺癌等癌症治療上的潛力。
ASD141 預計於 2026 年第四季完成 Phase I 臨床試驗，並於 2027 年推進至 Phase II。
另一方面，ASD001 透過重塑先天免疫系統，開發用於自體免疫疾病治療的新型療法，目前亦持續朝 IND 申請穩步推進。
本次發表亦獲得現場投資人與潛在策略夥伴高度關注與正面肯定，進一步彰顯先知 CD11b 先天免疫平台在腫瘤與自體免疫疾病領域的潛力與差異化優勢。

Our Founder & CSO, Dr. Yen-Ta Lu, was honored to present at this year’s Taiwania Capital Annual Biotech Partnering Forum in Taipei, sharing Ascendo’s latest clinical progress and long-term vision with leading investors and industry partners across the biotech ecosystem.
Our lead program, ASD141, is a first-in-class innate immune checkpoint inhibitor currently in Phase I clinical trials for all-comers advanced solid tumors. To date, no dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) have been observed across all dose cohorts tested so far, demonstrating a favorable safety profile. Encouraging early efficacy signals have also been observed, including stable disease in multiple patients even at low dose levels, highlighting the potential of ASD141 in cancers such as mCRC, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer.
We expect to complete Phase I by Q4 2026 and advance into Phase II in 2027.
In parallel, ASD001 is designed to reprogram innate immunity for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and continues to advance toward IND submission.
The presentation received highly positive feedback and strong interest from attending investors and potential strategic partners, further validating the differentiated potential of our CD11b innate immune platform.
